Thropton Village First School became a member of the Trust in April 2018 and is a school of 43 children with growing numbers in Nursery and Early Years. We are an exciting, outward-looking learning community that enjoys strong links with Dr Thomlinson CofE Middle School in Rothbury; a school with which we share an Executive Headteacher, School Business Manager; Site Manager and Teaching Assistants.

We are proud of the way in which we develop our staff and this current vacancy has been enabled due to the promotion of our present EYFS and KS1 teacher who joined us as an NQT three years ago.
