The WorkPlace

Would you like to be part of an exciting project which will transform our offer to young people who are moving on from Care?

By putting young people in the lead, the WorkPlace project will deliver changes to services which make the most difference to them. Bringing together people and services, the WorkPlace will create new opportunities for young people to achieve their goals, and the relationships and connections to support them. The WorkPlace will support holistic change to young people’s experience in areas such as accommodation, well-being and relationships, through to skills for education training and employment.

We are looking for outstanding and motivated individuals with the commitment and ambition to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people of South Tyneside.

Secondments are welcome. Please seek permission from your Line Manager before applying. Full Time and Part Time employees are welcome to apply.

The post will include some evening work and occasional weekends.
