An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Partnerships Team Leader in Transformation and Partnerships.

The post holder will lead and play a key role on supporting the Economic Partnership Board and the Safe Durham Partnership Board so experience in these areas would be beneficial.

As the Partnerships Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role: working with partners and senior managers; leading the development and implementation of effective delivery plans, lead on consultation events to ensure the work of the Partnerships Team is fully consulted on; attracting funding and managing and addressing risk.

A key area will be to provide front line training to staff to fulfil the partnership statutory duties, particularly on the area of Prevent.

Management of staff and budgets are included in this role.

Applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
