An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council to manage our HR Transactional Team;

You will need to manage the smooth running of the payroll and transactional services on a day to day basis; you will need to be able to demonstrate substantial knowledge of legislation relating to payroll and pension provision in both implementation and compliance. It is desirable that you have experience with Agresso EPR and working knowledge of local authority terms and conditions.
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a professional outlook and commitment to providing the highest quality customer services. Attention to detail is essential in this role as well as the ability to effectively communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a varied, busy and exciting role; the successful candidate will need to be flexible, confident and committed to ensuring continuous process improvement and achieving the best outcomes for the Council.
