Working alongside a Strategic People Partner, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR and OD functions.  You’ll also receive personalised development support to help you grow into future leadership roles in people and culture.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • Experience in local government.
  • A strong understanding of working with trade unions and fostering effective employee relations
  • A collaborative approach to supporting managers and teams through change and growth

You’ll collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture, support employee lifecycle processes, and deliver impactful learning interventions.
