We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high quality administrative/secretarial support to Heads of Service.
As part of a team, you will support the Heads of Service in their respective roles by ensuring a flexible approach is maintained in the provision of high quality administrative/secretarial support. You will be responsible for the overall support of those officers, including proactive diary management/call filtering and email management, booking venues, preparation of agenda/supporting papers, taking minutes and relevant follow-up action. You will act as a key link and central point of contact for staff and the public providing information and advice as necessary.
You must have a good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy with OCR/RSA III or equivalent in Text Processing/Typing and Word Processing along with significant experience in a secretarial position. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and remain calm and polite under pressure.
