First Class Supply are working with a South Tyneside school to appoint a Physics and Biology Teacher. The role is to commence in September 2018 on a full time basis, initially for the Autumn Term. You will teach Key Stages 3 and 4.
This is a smaller than average secondary school which has been graded Good by Ofsted. Since a change of leadership, the school has been improving consistently over recent years and has extremely high standards of achievement. The key aim of the school is to raise aspirations and ambition in all pupils and to instil a sense of respect for others.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
- be enthusiastic and committed with vision, drive and commitment
- secure strong academic achievement for all students
- have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 within the UK National Curriculum
- hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS.
