The North East Combined Authority is recruiting a Policy and Scrutiny Officer to support the NECA decision making processes. The postholder will have specific responsibility for the scrutiny work associated with the Leadership Board and its committees.
The role will include the opportunity to work at the heart of local-decision making and we are looking for someone with the right skills, abilities and talent to support both the Councillors and Officers in their work.
