Here in Newcastle we have an innovative and highly regarded business intelligence function that predominantly supports Adult Services, Children’s Social Care, Education and Early Intervention and Prevention divisions.

Part of our role involves the provision of support to Social Care practitioners through both training and helpdesk functions. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of specific training and support to social care practitioners in the use of electronic social care applications. You will also contribute to the provision of telephone helpdesk support.

You will be enthusiastic and highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a good working knowledge of electronic case management systems within Adult or Children’s Social Care.
