The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational Principal with the enthusiasm, vision and dedication to sustain our designation of Outstanding from Ofsted and SIAMS and to further build on our considerable achievements.

The core purpose of the Principal’s role is to provide professional leadership and management, to enhance a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations for all students within the strong Christian ethos, which is embedded in all areas of the life of the Academy.

The Governors will expect the Principal to lead by personal example in demonstrating a professional commitment to excellence in education.

The postholder will carry out the duties of a Principal as set out in the current edition of the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document.
