The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time in our developments with the SEND Reforms and the role Educational Psychology plays in early intervention as well as producing fully coproduced Education Health Care Plans.
We are forward thinking and have developed the use of Co-ordinated Support Plans. We believe in supporting adults around the child to take real and lasting actions to ensure the child’s needs are met.
We are research based and endeavour to share best practice to ensure constant learning. We have excellent relationships with all school leaders so you would be joining us at an exciting time as there are many changes coming in Education, and you will be at the forefront of this.
You will be able to broaden your current skill set within a dynamic and forward-thinking Education and Skills team and have many opportunities to work with colleagues across the directorate and external agencies.
