An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Private Sector Initiatives Officer (Empty Homes) required until the end of April 2020.
The post holder will be responsible for identifying liaising with owners of empty homes to bring their properties back into use through a range of options. Engaging with private landlords and property owners to improve stock in the private rented sector through property improvement and management practices.
Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline together with experience of delivering private sector housing interventions.
