This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to help shape the future of adult education and employability/skills development for the North of Tyne.
The North of Tyne Combined Authority is a ground-breaking organisation, allowing the transfer of unprecedented new powers from the Government to the North of Tyne. With a devolved Adult Education Budget for the North of Tyne to be prioritised and allocated across approved providers to ensure that we develop individuals with the right skills and knowledge to meet the employment needs of the area for now and the future.
The role is suitable for a someone with a background in the adult education sector and managing complex programmes. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with excellent team working skills and an ability to work within a face paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
