Our HR Service provides the framework and support enabling the effective management of the workforce in the provision of high quality services to the people of Hartlepool. We are a small but effective team offering a wide range of HR services across a multi-disciplined unionised environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in the implementation and development of the HR modules of the Council’s integrated HR/Payroll System - ResourceLink. You will work with managers and employees across the organisation to find system based solutions to deliver efficient employment processes with high levels of customer satisfaction. You need to demonstrate experience of HR system development which is transferrable to ResourceLink.

The successful candidate will have a background in HR with experience in the development of IT systems. You will be able to demonstrate innovative IT skills, strong communication skills and be able to lead and work independently.
