The role of a Quality Assurance Officer is exciting and varied, with a focus on improvement of support services and solutions to help adults and carers live their best lives as we would all want to.

The QA team completes Quality checks on all our RCBC providers - there are approx. 125 providers to date, so they are a very busy team, we visit all providers to ensure they are meeting the RCBC standards, as agreed on our commissioned service contracts and in line with CQC and Care Act complaint.  We complete QA assessments, and the admin team ensure all data held on providers is kept up to date. Concerns are triaged, monitored and outcomes agreed and actioned by QA officers. 

 As a Quality Assurance Officer, no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and supporting services in the borough. You’ll also work closely with our valued independent sector partners, building on strong relationships to ensure services remain high-quality, flexible and sustainable.
