Building & Facilities Maintenance, Direct Services are seeking to appoint a Quality Improvement Officer to join the Business Development Team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave until 31st July 2019 or until the return of the substantive post holder.

The Quality Improvement Officer will work across the service to ensure management of the Quality Management System and take a leading role in identifying and implement business improvements. In addition the candidate will lead on service liaison tasks, including duties associated with H&S, apprentices and database management. Please refer to the JD for further information.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in busy office environment preferably with a background in auditing, quality management and business improvement activities. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person, who has the ability to work with a wide range of people and work to deadlines

Required Qualifications: Candidates should be educated to an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
