The Reablement Service at North Tyneside Council is looking to recruit a Rehabilitation Officer. Situated within Care Point, North Tyneside General Hospital, working alongside Health and Social Care Professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and build on your previous experience as a care/support worker particularly around rehabilitation services. The role will involve promoting and supporting people to regain their independence following a period of illness or injury, either in the community or a rehabilitation setting. The service supports people across the brough of North Tyneside.
Previous working knowledge of equipment and Assistive Technology will be an integral part of this role.
This post is 25 hours per week, permanent.
