Fixed Term post for 2.5 Terms

The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and reflective practitioner, who can offer a dynamic approach to working with children.

The successful candidate should have the following qualities:

• An excellent understanding of Early Years pedagogy and practice;
• Be an outstanding practitioner, who works well in a team situation;
• Be able to develop excellent relationships with children and parents;
• An excellent understanding of pupil progress;
• A willingness to participate in the wider life of the school.
