A partner primary school of First Class Supply is looking to appoint a Reception Teacher to begin in Easter 2018 until May half term. Based in Middlesbrough, the position will be on a part time basis to cover the beginning of the week as part of a job share.
This is a much larger than average sized school. Pupil’s achievement is good. They make good progress in reading, writing and mathematics. Teachers make it clear to pupils what they are learning, how they will know they have been successful and what they have to do to improve. The school offers pupils sensitive care and support, and develops well their spiritual, moral, social and cultural awareness.
To be successful in this role you must:
- be a creative and pro-active practitioner
- have an enthusiasm and passion for teaching with the capacity to inspire and nurture children
- demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
- hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
- have a recent, comprehensive understanding of the EYFS UK curriculum and assessment.
