Teasdale Leisure Centre

As first point of contact within the Leisure Centre you will be responsible for providing a friendly, effective and efficient customer service at the TBC Leisure Centre Reception, welcoming visitors in person and on the telephone.

Duties will also include operation of the telephone system, booking of services on computer system, customer interaction, dealing with payments for services and administering the sale of sports equipment.

Previous experience in a customer facing environment is required.
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in a relevant area
