We wish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic receptionist/admin assistant to Team Horton.

We can offer a team working environment, CPD opportunities and variety. The post will be based on the school reception desk so you will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders. We are looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
A friendly but professional disposition
A ‘can do’ attitude
Good IT/data inputting skills - knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage
The ability to manage conflicting deadlines
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The ability to present as a positive role model

This post is offered on a variable hours contract ranging from 19 – 35 hours, initially for 35 hours per week, term time plus 10 days Working hours will be 8.15am – 3.45pm every day.
