Northern Skills Group are looking to recruit a Regional Manager to lead a team of Tutors, Training Advisers and IQA’s in the delivery of Apprenticeships and Commercial Training programmes. Ideal candidates will possess sound knowledge and experience of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards, with the ability to develop programmes to meet the needs of employers across the North East Region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of key account management and be able to demonstrate that they have effectively managed a multi-disciplined training delivery team.

The role will be based in Middlesbrough but regular travel across the region will be required therefore candidates must hold a full driving licence.
