Hours: 35 hours per week
The role
St Cuthberts Care is opening its doors to a brand-new children’s residential service, aiming to provide outstanding support to children and young people with disabilities. This small 3 bed service will focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where our young stars can thrive and feel happy and comfortable in their own home.
We are looking for someone who shares our values, with experience as a registered manager or deputy manager in children’s services, to lead the service.

The successful candidate will have:
• A level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in children’s residential care services.
• An excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
