An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Registered Manager within our children’s home – Chadersley.

The successful candidate will:

Act as Ofsted Registered Manager, deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements particularly The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.

Be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high quality residential services to children young people and their families which improve outcomes.

Leadership and management of a team, ensuring that team members work effectively with children, young people, families and all internal and partner agency staff. To carry out their statutory duties as determined, principally in relevant childcare legislation, children’s homes regulations and standards.

To ensure that all services are planned, and delivered in a way that maximises participation and reflects children’s rights in relation to services being provided.

To be considered you will already have a Degree in Social Care or Level 5 Diploma in relevant subject or prepared to attain the Level 5 Diploma and ideally hold Registered Manager status. You will also be an effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, together with hands on management experience and excellent organisational skills.
