We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work within our Public Protection and Neighbourhoods team.
The work consists of carrying out inspections of properties in accordance with the Housing Act 2004 and the investigation of complaints. Also taking enforcement action when necessary to ensure compliance with housing standards.
Excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills are required with proven ability to deliver services.
