The Role: Resource Schedulers are a new role within YHN. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of repairs, voids and cyclical repairs utilising Kirona Workforce Scheduling software.

The Person: We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person who is able to respond to emerging challenges in a dynamic environment. It is essential that you are able to work collaboratively with BCE trade staff, stores, managers and call centre staff.

Full training will be provided on the Kirona software prior to implementation, so no prior experience of the application is required.
