We have permanent vacancies (variety of hours) for Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visitors
Salary: Pay scale G-H £33,371.97 - £40,263.49
1 x 37 hours post, 1 x 30 hours post
Option to retain NHS Pension
NHS Long Service Annual Leave recognised


Main Duties of the job:
• To deliver the Healthy Child Programme as part of our integrated approach with our Family Hubs, and wider partners to ensure the best outcomes for our children, young people, and their families within our local communities in Redcar & Cleveland. The delivery of local and national Public Health agendas in response to the identification of health and social needs alongside our safeguarding responsibilities – early identification, recognition and referral of our most vulnerable children who are at risk of harm.
• The HV is responsible for leading and delivering the Healthy Child Programme against the 6 early years high impact areas, using the delivery model of universal in reach - personalised in response.
• Aligned to 1 of 3 geographical locality teams – utilising skill mix.
