A special school in West Northumberland has a current vacancy for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work with secondary aged pupils. You will work initially on a full time basis to start in September 2018 until December.

In addition you will:

Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare
Have a minimum of 6 months recent experience
Be committed to making a real difference to the lives of pupils
- Be able to work independently, using your initiative
- Take direction to adapt and meet the needs of the team

Be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
