Grade 6 £24,964 - £27,668 pro rata (Full Time, Term Time Only plus 5 days, Permanent)

The Governors of this successful, happy school wish to appoint an experienced, passionate and innovative School Business Manager. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work alongside the Headteacher and Governors to shape and drive the vision of the school to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils, parents and staff.

Key responsibilities of this role will include the leadership of HR, Finance, Premises, ICT and Administration.

The successful candidate will:
•Be a strategic thinker.
•Be experienced at school business, finance and resources management.
•Have proven skills at managing systems and people.
•Monitor and evaluate performance and processes.
•Think creatively and problem solve.
•Be able to plan for and implement new initiatives.
