A vacancy exists for a School Crossing Patrol - M23 Whitehouse Lane, Junction Victoria Lane, Ushaw Moor. The hours of duty to be worked each week (term-time only) are detailed below.

This site works slightly different hours depending on the day of the week to accommodate early finish time at Durham Community Business School [DCBC] on a Monday.

Hours therefore will be:-
Monday AM 08:30 – 09:00 = 30mins
Monday PM1 14:15 – 14:30 = 15mins
Monday PM2 15:20 – 15:45 = 25mins [Monday total 01:10]

Tue-Fri AM 08:30 – 09:00 = 30mins
Tue-Fri PM 15:05 – 15:45 = 40mins [Tue-Fri daily hours 01:10]

Combined weekly total = 05:50

The successful applicant will receive full-training, uniform and an appropriate retainer payment will be paid during the school holidays.

The position is Grade 1 – range starting £8.09 per hour to £8.19 per hour.
(Salary £2,002 is an approximate figure only)
