We are seeking to recruit 3 experienced and motivated people to join a busy team, committed to improving the lives of carers across the South Tees area.
Senior Practitioner:
supporting carers through James Cook University Hospital
37 hours per week
Salary £24,657 per annum
You will need:
• Experience of completing assessments and support plans
• Knowledge and understanding of carers’ issues
• Experience of working in a health or social care setting
2 x Assistant Carers Information and Support Workers
18.5 hours per week
Salary £20,241 per annum pro rata
You will need:
• Experience of providing information and support
• An understanding of carers’ issues
