We are looking to appoint an experienced senior claims handler to join an extremely busy team in Morpeth.

This opportunity will allow you to facilitate day to day Claim's Handling within a close knit Insurance team, you should have experience in claims handling preferably from a local Authority/ Insurer/ Solicitor/ Loss adjuster backgroud as you will be expected to hit the ground running.

As a strong communicator, you will liaise with loss adjusters, claimants, insurers and solicitors in order to prepare correspondence to ensure settlements are reached. As an integral part of the team, you will manage your own workload to ensure claims are processed efficiently and this will involve you making decisions on whether to settle or deny claims.
