We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to complement our existing team of leisure professionals.
We are looking to employ a Senior Duty Officer who will have experience of working with members of the public and posses a commitment to delivering a customer orientated service.
We are looking for individuals who are:
Capable of communicating clearly and concisely on all levels and to all ages
Able to respond positively to difficult situations.
Flexible in their approach to work.
You must hold or be working towards a Level 3 supervisory qualification or equivalent and hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, Pool Plant Operators certificate or equivalents. You must also possess the National Pool Management Qualification or obtain this award within 6 months of taking up the position.
