This is a unique opportunity to join us at the start of an exciting and innovative programme of change as we shape and develop our new dedicated children's company, Together for Children – Sunderland.
As a Senior Early Help Worker you will be delivering early help services, including direct support to parents in the home and the community, to children, young people and families with a range of assessed needs as part of a multi-agency support plan. You will also be supporting families stepping down from CIN or CP plans. Experience of working with older children and teenagers or those presenting challenging behaviours would be beneficial.
