As a Senior Early Help Worker you will

Support vulnerable families with a range of complex needs via our Early Help processes (assessment, pan, review) and coordinate Teams Around The Family to improve outcomes for children.

Have experience of whole family working and have an education in Social Care, Youth work or another relevant background.

Have knowledge about services available to support families and be aware of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Have knowledge of the Troubled Families programme.
