Together for Children is a Company in Sunderland which works on behalf of the Council to deliver children’s services in the city including social care, early help and education
Are you passionate about making a difference to children's lives? If so, then think about joining our team and being part of our journey to excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the start of an exciting and innovative programme of change as we shape and develop our new dedicated children's company, Together for Children – Sunderland.
We are seeking to employ a number of Senior Early Help Workers to facilitate and deliver support to families with complex issues but who do not yet require social work intervention. You will be skilled in whole-family working, with a good knowledge of the Troubled Families programme, and able to deliver a range of interventions to ensure significant and sustained progress for families.
These posts are offered on a 12 month fixed-term basis in the first instance, with the possibility of an extension to March 2020 if targets are met.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic team created to ensure that early help is seen as everybody’s responsibility as part of our vision to improve outcomes for children.
