The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to lead the Supported Living Service. They will have responsibility for managing the teams to deliver our Extra Care, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health and Young Person supported accommodation, working closely with specialist external organisations.

The Person:
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or can evidence work experience that demonstrates a level of knowledge and application of knowledge that would satisfy a graduate standard.

You will have a strong track record of managing a high quality customer service function within the housing environment.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.

As an inspirational leader you will bring strategic thinking to our services. You will need to be engaging, collaborative, and have a track record of leadership through example, role modelling effective interpersonal values and behaviours at a senior level. Engendering a strong team spirit, encouraging creativity, and putting the customer at the heart of all that we do will be critical to success in the role.
