Further Information
Coast & Country are a leading housing and regeneration company, based in the Tees Valley. We provide over 10,500 homes across a variety of different tenures, from rental stock to shared ownership and outright market sale units. Coast & Country’s vision is ‘working together to make a difference’: with our customers, employees, volunteers and other stakeholders.

Our Development and Sales team is embarking on exciting times, with a business plan delivering 200-250 homes per year. We are also in partnership discussions with Yorkshire Coast Homes which would allow our new organisation to strengthen relationships with our local authority partners across the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire, as well as enhancing our financial capacity to deliver more homes. Our team is hard working and performance driven, balanced with a light-hearted and fun team working environment.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the project management of a range of projects including those of a higher value and complexity. The Senior Project Manager will also ensure delivery of Coast & Country’s Regeneration and Development programme in line with our Property and Development Strategy.

The ideal candidate must have proven recent experience of development delivery, including a range of projects/procurement routes and higher value/complex projects in private, RSL or LA sectors. We want someone who is an active team player with the drive to lead a range of projects.

In return, as well as working within our fantastic team, Coast & Country offer excellent terms and conditions including a 10% employer contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and flexible working, death in service insurance cover, local discounts and the chance to work and develop within a dynamic, friendly environment.

Salary: £39,558 to £42,596 depending on experience
