The Senior Residential Care Officer will join a dynamic and committed team working in our project in Newcastle for children and young people.
Through individual practice and effective management you will successfully support the development of the children and young people within the home. Experience of direct work with children and young people in a residential setting who display challenging and difficult behaviours as well as working knowledge, experience and understanding of child protection issues is essential.
You should possess a Diploma level 3 Children and Young people or an equivalent qualification.
Hours of work will be 37 hours per week over a 7 day rota basis including sleep in duties.
