We are looking to appoint enthusiastic Leisure link workers to be part of the family Care and Support team, providing a range of planned support packages to children with a disability and their families, which will be supporting young children with a disability to access leisure opportunities within the community, support may include personal care tasks.
Flexible working pattern, required to work early mornings or after school, will consist of week days and weekends hours. This will depend on the child/young persons needs.
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
