Skills Development Manager, Full-time, permanent, salary from £20,000 to £25,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance.

Northern Skills Group are looking to recruit Skills Development Managers to be an integral part of the sales team, generating sales across the region, whilst at the same time raising the profile of the Northern Skills Group in the local business community. The post holders will be responsible for developing relationships with employers and business networks to confirm the Northern Skills Group’s reputation as an innovative organisation and a provider of high quality skills training.

Candidates will possess excellent sales and customer care skills with the ability to develop rapport with customers from a cold call starting point.

There are positions based at our Newcastle and Middlesbrough offices, the role will require frequent regional travel.
