An opportunity has arisen for a Social Care Officer to join the Adult Social Care Assessment and Support Planning Team, based in Billingham. The successful candidate should embrace the Council's "Shaping a Brighter Future" programme and be able to work as part of an Integrated Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team who has a high level of commitment to working in partnership with service users, colleagues and other agencies in the provision and development of a quality service.
