Working directly to the Service Manager for HR and Transformation this key position will sit within the Organisational Development function of the Company HR and Transformation Team. Primarily responsible for identification, commissioning and delivery of the Social Care learning offer, you will work very closely with the TfC Learning and Development Manager and the Practice Education Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering the work of the TfC Social Work Academy, administering and facilitating relevant Social Care training programmes, mapping the core Social Care offer to government frameworks and leading in the delivery of the Postgraduate Social Work and Degree Apprentice schemes.
Having previous working knowledge of Children Services and with a Social Care qualification you will have experience of delivering and coordinating training to the Children’s Social Care Workforce.
