An opportunity has arisen within our Mental Health Team for a qualified and highly motivated social worker who is enthusiastic and committed to working in a person centred way with customers.

The duties of the post include:-
:- Undertaking Assessments and Reviews under the Care Act
:- Multi agency work and close partnership work with Customers Carers and other professionals.
:- Mental Health Act work in accordance with qualifications.

Successful candidates will have-
:- Excellent communication and social care assessment skills, plus a solid understanding of the relevant statutory frameworks, and best practice.
:- Ability to work as an individual and within a busy multi - disciplinary team
:- Ability to be flexible and self motivated.
:- The desire and motivation to work closely with health partners and other professionals.
:- Be HCPC registered.
:- AMHP qualification preferred or an interest in becoming an AMHP.
:- a commitment to a flexible approach to their work to meet demands.
