Salary- £29,055 - £38,052 per annum (Depending on experience and progression rules apply), plus an essential car user allowance of £1,239 per annum. A relocation package is available.

You will work directly with children and families, as the allocated Social Worker to monitor and review the implementation of care plans and ensuring that children needs are being met. You will work with colleagues and other professional to gather information relevant to assessment and care planning.

Our improvement journey is continually scrutinised with our last monitoring visit from OFSTED reporting:

That Social workers feel well supported by managers with regular supervision
That the Company has established a firm basis for improvement with evidence of progress and improvement across many areas

On a rotational basis, you will perform the duty Social Worker role to respond to child safeguarding issues requiring an immediate response.
