Social Worker - Looked After & Permanence Team, Young Peoples Service
Pre Progression £26,556 - £29,854 Grade 9
Post Progression £31,288 - £35,093 Grade 11
Two full-time permanent Social Workers are required to provide high quality services to young people in care and young people who have left care between the ages of 15.5 and 21 or 24 if in continuous education. Also young people aged 16+ who are assessed as being in need. The post holders will be responsible for the delivery of high quality social work and support services in line with statute, regulation, national standards, policy and procedure.
The successful candidates will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
Required qualifications: Degree in social work OR equivalent social work qualification, i.e. CQSW, CSS or Dip SW AND HCPC Registration.
