Grade N/O/P (pay award pending). A Recruitment and Retention Payment is available (£2,500 annually, pro-rata for part time hours)
Appointment / progression to Grade O / P is subject to meeting the DBC progression criteria

To apply you must either have a social work qualification or be three months from qualification, have some experience of statutory children’s social work, have an up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework for children’s social care and be committed to ensuring effective multi-disciplinary and multi-agency safeguarding work within available resources.

Do you have what it takes?
Applicants must possess or be within three months of qualification of a degree in Social Work or equivalent (for example CQSW, DipSW, CSS, B.SW, M.SW, MA) and appointment will be subject to registration with the Health and Care Professionals Council.
