An opportunity has arisen within our Mental Health Team for a highly motivated social worker who is AMHP qualified and who is enthusiastic and committed to working in a person centred way with customers.

The duties of the post include:-
:- Undertaking assessments, support planning and reviews.
:- Undertaking Mental Health Act assessments.
:- Multi agency work and close partnership work with Customers, Carers and other professionals.
.
Successful candidates will have-
:- Excellent communication and social care assessment skills, plus a solid understanding of the relevant statutory frameworks, and best practice.
:- Ability to work as an individual and within a busy social work team
:- Ability to meet targets and deadlines, including management of Data Quality.
:- The desire and motivation to work closely with health partners and other professionals.
:- Be AMHP qualified and HCPC registered.

The ability to work flexibly and a willingness to work occasionally out of hours if required is desirable.
