We are currently looking for 3 x Social Workers to work in the Hospital Social Work Team.  The team cover the whole of the Middlesbrough area. The service is very keen to promote flexible working for all staff. This includes agile working at home as well as Middlesbrough Council and Trust bases.

If you are you looking for a new challenge then the Hospital Social Work Team is for you! We are seeking to appoint Social workers with experience of multi-agency working to create a new team to support 7 day working processes.

The role will involve working Friday to Monday (inclusive of bank holidays) to support Discharge to Assess Pathways and promote safe and timely discharges. The aim of the newly developed service is to have a seamless handover to our current Hospital Social Work Team and ensure that we deliver an effective 7 day service to the residents of Middlesbrough.

We will support you by providing regular supervision and access to training.
