Opportunities have arisen within the Review Team and we are looking to recruit two full-time qualified Social Workers on a permanent basis.
The Review Team is based in North Ormesby and includes both Social Workers and Social Care Workers. We are co-located with Health Colleagues and work with a diverse range of adults across Middlesbrough, including people with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities as well as Older People and their Carers.
Applications are invited from individuals who have:
• Experience of working in an adult Health or Social Care setting
• Knowledge and understanding of Statutory, Voluntary and Independent Sector providers
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Enthusiasm and motivation to work with adults in need
• A Social Work qualification and registration with HCPC
